Its OK? FUCK YEAH!

This is another of those posts where i find it difficult to write, as i end up over gushing due to my love of the subject but fuck it! this is my blog and im only gonna post shit that i love, and if there was one initial reason why i wanted to start a blog, it was to tell the world when i get excited about art, knowing that sometimes not everyone knows what im talking about, when they should due to its awesomness...anyway this post perfectly sums up why i do the dilly/blog...because there is amazing amazing talent working today that i believe should be on everyones radar, rather than the same old same old...

Saturday mornings are always difficult for getting up largely due to a raging hangover (alcaholic? me? of course!)...but today i was woken by the postman and i am so glad he got me up...because he was delivering one hell of a package...
my day was first made when i saw the stickers on the package (see last photo attatched) but when i opened it up i realised i had been generously sent Samuel Francois' catalogue 'Its OK?'...and fuck me is he amazing!
I have posted him on this blog before, but some of the photos printed in this beautiful catalogue were new to me and they truly blew me away...his stuff is just fantastic and i really don't understand why he isnt bigger! seriously, he is one of my favourite installation artists working today (along with colen, mckimens, paperrad, , powers, mcgee and a few others)...i am so grateful i was lucky enough to receive this booklet,thank you Samuel..i have posted some scans from it below in case you cant cop a copy...
PS I know good people read this blog...if you run a space get Samuel Francois in as soon as possible!
