KING SHOT

Jodorowsky is up there with Anger as one of my favourite directors, and after the re-release of El Topo and Holy Mountain last year it seems he has stirred up enough interest to get a new film made!!! KING SHOT!
never a fan os Santa Sangre, but his early films are amazing...so i have great hopes for this..

for those that havent tasted Jodorowsky, heres the trailer for Holy Mountain...

Rachel De Joode

Magical, Absurd & Surreal is how Rachel De Joode describes her fantastic photographic work and thankfully thats exactly the kind of art that blows me away.
Like a bolt from the blue, i was drawn into her visual world via her website, and as a fan of artists who completly build and shape their own worlds by their work, it was instant goodtimes...if you want to do some exploring of her mix of fantasy and fashion.....CLICK HERE!

All names you should take note of as these are at the fore of Londons young photographers currently storming the gates of London.

CRASS: THERE IS NO AUTHORITY BUT YOURSELF

GIMME SHELTER
I LOVE the Stones, and this is not only their greatest film, but perhaps one of the best documentaries made of sixties music... witness, literally the end of the sixties unfold before you...

BIG KID LITTLE KIDS

GOOD LOOKING SHOW AND GOOD LOOKING BOOK.....BIG, BIG & BIG!

DIRT DONT HURT

This book has been around for a while but i only just managed to get my hands on a copy..hence this mini review!
W.H.Y STYLE is an Italian crew of artists with an old school graf illustrative leaning reminiscent of Todd James, The Ers or So-Me. I first encountered their work in (- and to me was the highlight of ) Milans Urban Edge show from a few years ago - a collection of home made skate decks that were all hand painted....and this book is a great starting point for all newcomers to the crews handywork....so if you want it, get it HERE
